“Peace” Bronze Sculpture by Erté, 1984

“Peace” patinated bronze sculpture by Erté, depicting a woman figure dressed in a beautiful long robe and wearing a crown/tiara that resembles rays, while also having a dove above her. She is also holding a broken sword which symbolizes vulnerability and courage. The sculpture also includes a depiction of two hands holding each other at the bottom base.
The piece is numbered 243/500, signed by Erté and stamped by “Fine Art Acquisitions”. Dated 1984.
