The back gallery of this two-tiered mahogany serving cupboard has a carved broken pediment top that rests on a crown molding that has carved egg and dart motif on the underside. The side galleries on the upper shelf have molded top edges that taper down to meet the front legs. The legs have mushroom finials and are fluted in the upper and lower section of the leg. The center of the leg is carved with acanthus leaf knops. The drawers have recessed panels framed with molding and retain their heavy cast and engraved brass handles. The lower doors have raised panels framed with shaped moldings.
