This Miniature Nine Patch quilt is one of the smallest in scale that I have seen. Each block measures less than 2 inches to a side. It is from the collection of the Packwood House Museum in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania where a large collection of quilts was housed but not often seen, Their quilts were mostly from the central Pennsylvania area. This quilt is in pristine, unwashed condition. Measurements are 72″ x 74″. The variety of printed fabrics set against the unusual deep indigo ground; the scale and A1 condition make this an exceptional quilt.
