1940s Art Deco Brass Desk Clock Illuminated by Alexa Corp Industrial Machine Age

Incredible and unique illuminated Art Deco roundel target clock. Sticker on underside says made by “Alexa Novelty Corp.” Clock movement powered by plug-in electric movement. There is a low level noise when the clock is on. Incandescent bulb is easily accessible on the backside. Time is adjustable by depressing and turning knob on back. Light’s power knob located on back as well.

Condition:

Good vintage condition. The brass is recently polished and gleams beautifully despite some blemishes and minor scratches. There is a prominent dent on the back near the top. The black enamel on the base has some scratches. The clock does light up. Tested for a few minutes, and the clock kept accurate time. Please see all photos.
