A wonderful desk, really very substantial and rare to find with the full nine drawers on both sides, usually they have cupboards to the front with drawers along the top. This desk is a twin pedestal, historically designed for two partners to use however when they are kneehole like this is would be more likely a partner and his secretary
The frame is all oak with a rexene top that have a lovely conker brown patination. The drawers all run well and offer huge amounts of storage space
We have cleaned waxed and polished the frame from top to bottom, it will have normal patina marks all over

Condition
Please view the very detailed pictures as they form part of the description around condition
Please note vintage period and original items such as leather seating will always have natural patina in the form of cracking creasing and wear, we recommend regular waxing to ensure no moisture is lost, also hand dyed leather is not recommended to sit in direct sunlight for prolonged periods of time as it will dry out and fade.
