Vintage Design
This beautiful Art Deco period hand-painted and frosted glass bowl features adorable interior floral and large leaf designs in soft pastels: purple, violet, blue and white. The glass shade is signed “Loys Lucha” by Les Verreries d’Art de Loys Lucha. The colorful pendant light has a chromed brass frame with three branches and one new socket for the E14 size light bulb and it looks wonderful both lit and unlit.
Les Verreries d’Art de Loys Lucha was the famous glassmaker company of Louis Joseph Chaffard-Luçon (1880-1951), based in Boulogne-Billancourt near Paris, France, and specialized in enameled glass in the Art Deco style.
