Rare and stunning space age glass desk or table lamp by Koch & Lowy for Peill & Putzler (Germany, 1970s). Smoked glass shade with brass base. The lamp spreads the light beautifully (see pictures). It perfectly works as a flush mount/ceiling lamp as well. High quality craftsmanship. This model was rewarded with the iF-Design Award in 1975. Original sticker at the bottom.
Cleaned, well-wired and ready to use. Requires one E26 light bulb (E25 in the US). LED compatible. Corded with on/off switch. European wiring. Diameter: 26 cm/10.2”; height: 22 cm/8.7”. Excellent vintage condition.
