This is a very attractive and decorative item that could be used for a variety of purposes including food warming and display, a unique charcuterie board, for floral display and so on.
I have seen copper versions that comprised a cooker/warmer , two spirit burners with snuffer caps and a cast iron grill for a kettle, skillet, pan or pot. When the top hot plate was removed it turned the warmer into a spirit campaign cooker. The top plate could then replaced to keep the food warm. Some such warmers were used outdoors for shooting, camping or picnic parties on British country estates.
