Vintage Design
The middle part is made of solid wood, the arms are made of metal. Characteristic for the whole collection of lamps and candlesticks is the shape of lampshades in this version made of white glass. The lamp has scratches and abrasions on the frame. The lampshades are in perfect condition. The original manufacturer’s label has been preserved.
Hans Agne Jakobsson was a Swedish interior designer and furniture designer. Known for his ingenious luminaires that use unique angles and materials to create soft light quality. Jakobsson was undoubtedly one of the world’s largest and most versatile and efficient lighting designers and manufacturers in the 1950s, 1960s and 1970s. He was also one of the best and most important Scandinavian designers. He revolutionized Swedish lighting with softness and new material.
