Vintage Design
This large, beautiful vintage swirl Murano lamp by Vistosi was made in Italy in the 70s. A transparent glass shade with a “Pulegoso” treatment that adds precious texture. The “pulegoso” glass is made using a method that was often used in the 1920s, with the addition of gasoline to thereby cause the glass to boil in a melt. Countless tiny air bubbles of irregular shape inside the glass mass deliberately limit its transparency. Perfect vintage condition. No chips or cracks. The pendant has a metal pendant with minor traces of wear. Requires standard Edison E27 with a screw lamp. Pendant height with cable 90 cm. Width: 40 centimeters Height: 40 centimeters
