A wonderful opportunity to acquire a highly desirable silver plated figural toast rack, a perfect letter holder too if you wished to put it to work on your desk-top.<\/p>\n

The rack is created in the from of a cart or caravan with a removable top section.<\/p>\n

The base is set on four wheels which yes, do move around with ease and a ring handle each end used for pulling around the breakfast table.<\/p>\n

This piece is blessed with and English design registration diamond shaped lozenge where we can date it to 12th December 1879. There is also a makers mark present H.P. & Co. for the Birmingham silversmith, JOSEPH HIRONS & HENRY HODSON PLANTE.<\/p>\n

Excellent condition, this magical gem measures 5 1\/4″ x 2 5\/8″ x 5″ tall to top of handle.<\/p>\n
