Antique Qing Dynasty altar cabinet, circa 1880s. Features a rectangular form made from elm via mortise and tenon construction. The front is carved with pierced foliate, fretwork, calligraphy and urns. Includes three dovetails drawers and a lower cabinet for storage. Spandrals are shapely and taper towards the base.
